Dr. Shuemake grew up in Orlando, Florida where he was a standout forward for his soccer club. His prowess on the soccer field earned him an athletic scholarship to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1996. It was in Tallahassee that the desire to improve people's health was born inside Dr. Eric.

Following his graduation from FSU, Dr. Eric applied to Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas. His time at Parker was spent learning every function of the human body and the role the central nervous system plays in controlling and maintaining health.

Since earning his degree, Dr. Eric has been recognized for building one of the largest wellness practices in the U.S.   His office has become a haven for people all across the Rocky Mountain area looking to change their lives through the principles of natural health.

Dr. Eric's passion for giving back to the community and seeing people regain their health has made him one of the area’s most sought after and dynamic speakers. He has done community service workshops at churches, schools, service organizations and businesses such as: Creekside Church, Vineyard Christian Fellowship, State Farm Insurance, Cherry Creek Public Schools, Body By God/Teach the World About Chiropractic, Contours Express, Borders Books and many more.

A popular radio personality, Dr. Eric hosts a daily talk show called 'Maximized Living' on 94.7 FM, KRKS, every day at 2:30pm. Dr. Eric and his wife Dr. Janna reside in Aurora, CO.  They are kept laughing by their daughter, Samantha and son, Dylan.
